OVERVIEW
Creating a standardized, but flexible non-card PDP experience for 9 products across 5 international markets
Amex was looking for ways to expand its B2B non-card products globally, building on the momentum of the card products, so we were asked to improve performance and consistency across Australia, UK, Canada, Japan, and Mexico non-card product detail pages. After discovering disconnected UX and messaging, we started with a universal, yet flexible template that would work with market-specific content for 9 different products.

5 markets, 9 products, 4 languages, 32 pages
After creating a universal wireframe and content hierarchy template with some modules that could be reordered or removed, we developed unique copy and visuals for each individual non-card PDP, market by market, and then I built all 32 pages myself in Amex's content management system.
